Altogether, charge sheet has been filed in five cases registered against Manish, while in one case, Manish has got bail from the court. However, in many other cases, the Patna High Court rejected Manish’s anticipatory bail plea.
Bihar Police was running a search operation for the last one week to arrest Manish. After getting the arrest warrant from the court, the police had recovered Rs 42 lakh by seizing several bank accounts of Manish. Cases of financial irregularities are also registered against him. The police had also reached his house in Bettiah to attach it, but in the meantime he surrendered.
